Practicing Gratitude Part II

Ways to practice gratitude can include:

-Writing in a gratitude journal daily

-Creating a list of 3 things you are grateful for each day

-Letting someone know you are grateful for them and how they make your life better

-Sending a text saying thank you to that person in your life for how they have helped you 

-Starting a gratitude group chat with your friends and each person sharing their own list

-Making an A-Z gratitude list and come up with one item for each letter in the alphabet

Remember, big or small, there is no right or wrong way to express gratitude!
