Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a licensed therapist. Whether you're facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, therapy provides a structured and compassionate environment to help you better understand yourself and the patterns that shape your life.

Each session is tailored to your unique goals and needs. Together, we will work to identify patterns, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. This one-on-one approach allows for focused attention and a pace that feels comfortable and supportive as you move toward personal growth and healing.

Jessica also works with individuals navigating recovery from addiction or substance use in Georgia and Tennessee. Early recovery can bring a mix of emotions, relationship challenges, and adjustments to daily life. Individual therapy can provide support in maintaining sobriety, understanding triggers, continuing to connect with emotions, strengthening coping skills, and rebuilding a sense of stability and purpose. Through this work, clients are able to develop healthier ways of responding to stress while building a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

Jessica’s approach recognizes that addiction often impacts more than just the individual—it affects relationships, identity, and overall wellbeing. Therapy provides a space to process these experiences, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

-The Self-Love Club focuses on different aspects related to teen girl self-esteem. Discussions take place around boundaries, self-care, negative self-talk, and coping strategies. Creativity is welcomed in the activities that promote the topic being discussed.

-The New Norm focuses on processing emotions for kids and teens as their parents navigate divorce. Discussions take place around emotion regulation, how to effectively communicate how they feel with the changes, setting boundaries about what they will and will not discuss, as well as learning new coping skills.

-Holding Steady focuses on the loved ones navigating addiction and early recovery. This 6 week closed group allows participants to learn more about their role in recovery and also process their own feelings around this change.
