  • Struggling with anxiety or depression can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face it alone. Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in the treatment of anxiety and depression, offering a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. By discovering what is bringing about your anxiety and/or depression, different interventions and coping skills will be suggested to implement in your daily life. While unpacking the different layers, more understanding can be had and a deeper connection between the mind and body begins to occur.

  • Every family faces challenges—but with the right support, those challenges can become opportunities for growth. Specializing in family therapy, Jessica is able to help families navigate conflict, improve communication, and rebuild trust in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Whether you're coping with life transitions, parenting struggles, sibling conflict, or the conflict in a marriage/relationship, working to identify new ways of interacting and increasing communication will be the main focus in therapy. Drawing on evidence-based approaches like Family Systems Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, Jessics helps each member feel heard, understood, and empowered.

  • Self-harming behaviors often times start as a coping skill that turns maladaptive. Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in the treatment of self-harming behaviors. Through exploration, and a better understanding of the emotions that come up with self-harm, Jessica will help you navigate new coping strategies to implement into your life and routine. Processing through the different layers and details allows for a deeper connection to occur.

  • Stress is something we all experience and are familiar with in our day to day lives. When stress builds and begins to impact our ability to connect with others or impacts our relationships, this is an opportunity to look more closely at what causes stress in our lives. Using evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Interventions, and scaling techniques, Jessica will implement different interventions to help you lessen the stress that you experience. Talking through your experiences is helpful so that you aren’t carrying that weight alone. Oftentimes stress impacts the other symptoms that we experience like anxiety, depression, or increased substance use.

Bringing in evidence-based approaches like Family Systems Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, Jessica is able to help you better see and understand how those past experiences and the meaning you made from them impacts how you view yourself.
